Whole Body Cryo Treatment
This is a fully supervised 1.5 to 3 minute session in our Juka CryoSauna Chamber. Whole Body Cryotherapy is a systematic anti-inflammatory treatment involving skin exposure to ultra-low temperatures for a brief controlled time.
Whole Body Cryotherapy is a process in which the body is exposed to ultra-low temperatures (-200 Fahrenheit to -260 degrees Fahrenheit).
The user is placed in a cryogenic chamber for a duration of 1.5 to 3 minutes which lowers the skin surface temperature significantly and stimulates receptor cells in the body. The CryoChamber uses gasiform nitrogen to lower the skin surface temperature by 30 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
The skin reacts to the extreme cold and sends messages to the brain which stimulates the regulatory functions of the body. The skin exposure also triggers the release of anti-inflammatory molecules and endorphins. The result is a strengthening of the immune system and enhancement of the body’s recovery and recouperation systems.

Localized Cryo Treatment
Equivalent to 7 hours of icing in an 8 minutes, this session utilizes pressurized liquid nitrogen vapors for accelerated healing of areas including neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, back, legs, ankles and feet.
The procedure is effective in acute and chronic conditions and is used to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling in targeted areas.
Cryo Facial
In this 10 to 12 minute session, pressurized liquid nitrogen vapors are applied to the face, neck, scalp, and/or upper chest to stimulate the production of collagen and decrease pore size. The skin becomes tighter, softer, more even-toned, and blood circulation is improved. This treatment is highly beneficial for all skin types including rosacea, melasma and acne prone.
Cryo T-Shock Facial
